Aloha! My name is Berta Bagor and I am a freelance makeup artist. Now, I’m not going to tell you some whimsical story of how I loved playing with my mothers makeup when I was a little girl or how I consider a womans face a blank canvas for my creative skills. The first thing I will tell you about myself is that I am honest, down to earth and love to see people happy. Bridal makeup artistry not only takes skill but the ability to connect with a bride and together create a beautiful image of herself on her wedding day. My artistry experience comes from working with clients on an everday basis for various cosmetics companies including MAC, Nars, Bobbi Brown, Shu Uemura, LORAC and many others. Transforming women on the outside, tranforms them on the inside. I have been in the industry for over 12 years and I still love my job! I am very fortunate to have been able to work with women of all backgrounds and beauty needs. I’m inspired by a woman’s personality and lifestyle. I love understanding who she is as a person and am humbled that she is willling to share her personal story with me. From proms to bridal parties, I always walk away from a job satisfied that I have somehow contributed a little sparkle to someones memorable event. God has made it possible for me to continue my career making beautiful women even more beautiful!
